Most website projects go wrong in the same three places
The launch date keeps moving.
The quote said six weeks. Three months later you’re still waiting on a draft, and every new page means another invoice.
You can't get into your own site.
The last developer set up the hosting under their account. Changing a phone number means sending an email and hoping someone answers.
Nobody can tell you if it works.
Calls and form fills aren’t tracked, so you can’t see which pages bring in patients, clients or sales.
We’ll help you get the domain and hosting into your name first, then rebuild on accounts you control.
Fixed scope, a real date and a site you control
A launch date in writing
Your scope lists every page and the date we go live. You know the finish line before you pay the deposit.
Hosted in your account

Two revision rounds per page
Each page gets two full rounds of changes, included in the price, so feedback never turns into a surprise bill.
Tracking live at launch
Calls, form fills and bookings are tracked from day one, so your first monthly numbers are real numbers.
A fixed price in three parts
50% to start, 25% once your first pages are designed and approved, and 25% at launch.
Built for search and AI answers
Clean page structure, fast load times and the basics Google and ChatGPT need to understand what you do and where.
Five steps from intake to launch
Intake forms
You tell us about your business, your customers, the pages you need and what you like. Most owners finish in under an hour.
Your first section
We build the top of your homepage first and send it for review, so you see the look and the voice before anything else gets built.
Your review
You approve it or ask for changes. The second payment comes in once you’re happy with the direction.
The rest of the site
We build every remaining page to match, set up tracking, and test it on phones and desktops. A person on our team reviews every page before you see it.
Final approval and launch
You sign off, we launch on the written date, and you get every login. The last payment is due at launch.

Web design questions
How much does a new website cost?
Builds start at $2,499. Your price depends on how many pages you need and what features the site requires, such as online booking. We put the exact price and scope in writing before you pay anything.
How long does a build take?
Your launch date goes into the scope before we start, based on your page count. From you, the schedule depends on two things: finishing the intake forms and reviewing your first section.
Who owns the website?
You do, from day one. The domain, hosting and WordPress logins sit in your name. If a plugin or tool needs a paid license after we part ways, it moves to your account, and we build to keep those costs as low as possible.
What if I don't like the first design?
That’s why we show you the first section before building the rest. You get two full revision rounds on every page, so the direction is settled early.
Do you use AI to build sites?
Yes, for the production work. A person on our team reviews every page before it reaches you, and you approve each stage before we move on. Automation is how we keep the price fixed and the timeline short.
What happens after launch?
You can run the site yourself with the logins we hand over, add the $199/mo care plan for ongoing updates, or roll into an SEO and AI search plan to bring more traffic to it.
