Yours on Day One

Your website, ad accounts and data stay in your name from day one

We set every account up in your name before we run a single campaign. If you ever leave, everything leaves with you, and we hand over the logins within 5 business days.

On the call, we check who owns each of your accounts.

Most owners find out who owns their marketing on the day they try to leave

By then the website sits on the agency’s platform, the ad account is under their login, and years of data are locked in a tool you never had access to. Starting over costs months of rankings, reviews and ad history.

01

The website disappears.

Some agencies build on a platform they rent to you. When the contract ends, so does the site.

02

The ad history is gone.

When the ad account belongs to the agency, the learning and conversion data you paid for stays behind.

03

The logins never arrive.

Weeks of emails asking for access you assumed was already yours.

We set it up the other way around

If you ever leave, the only thing that changes is who runs the work.

Here is everything that stays in your name

You own it from the first day we work together. We get access as a user on your accounts, the same way an employee would.

Your domain

Registered to you and billed to you. We never hold it.

Your website

Hosted in your account. The files, theme and content are yours to keep or move.

Your ad accounts

Google, Meta and any other ad accounts sit under your business and run on your card. Ad spend shows as its own line.

Your Google Business Profile

You are the primary owner. We are added as a manager.

Your data

Analytics, tracking, call records and leads live in your accounts, so your history stays with you.

Your content and creative

Copy, photos, video and ad creative we make for you are yours to reuse anywhere.

How ownership works from the first week to the last

1

Days 1 to 14: everything moves into your name

We audit every account, move or confirm each one under your business, and set up tracking for calls, forms and sales. If your last agency is holding anything, we help you get it back.

2

While we work together: you can see everything

You keep owner access to every account. We work as users you can add or remove at any time, and your Exit file is updated every quarter.

3

If you leave: logins within 5 business days

Give 30 days notice after your first 90 days. We hand over every login and remove our own access, and your site, ads and data keep running without a gap.

Want to check it for yourself? Ask us for your Exit file at any point and we will send it the same week.

Why we make it easy to leave

Our clients stay 4.3 years on average, and every one of them is free to leave.

Some agencies keep clients by holding on to their accounts. We would rather keep you because the work is paying off. When you can walk away with everything on 30 days notice, we have to earn every month, and that keeps the people on your account sharp.

From a 6+ year client

This year with you controlling the driver's seat for our marketing has been a major improvement for the company. And for me personally, too.

What it costs to keep running after you leave

Some websites use a paid plugin, theme or hosting plan. If yours still needs one after we part ways, it moves to your account and your card.

We build to keep those costs as close to zero as we can, and every tool with an ongoing cost is listed in your Exit file, so you know the number before you ever need it.

Healthcare practices running ads add a flat $500 a month for HIPAA-compliant attribution. That account follows the same rule and sits in your name.

Two things you get the day you start

Account rescue

For anyone switching agencies

Stuck with a past agency that still holds your domain, ads, Google profile or analytics? We help you recover or rebuild access, and give you a checklist of exactly what to request from them in writing.

Your Exit file

Updated every quarter

A one-page record of every login, every asset, who owns it, and any tool with an ongoing cost. It is yours to keep whether you stay or go.

The terms, in one place

90-day first term

Every plan starts with 90 days, so there is time to get your accounts in order and your first work live.

Then month-to-month

After day 90 you stay because it is working. Leave with 30 days notice.

Ad spend on your card

Ad spend is billed to your card in your own ad accounts, shown as its own line.

No surprise add-ons

Setup is included in every full-stack plan. Anything outside your written scope gets a written quote first.

Ownership questions owners ask us

Is the ownership promise in my contract?

Yes. The same wording on this page goes into your agreement, so you can hold us to it.

We start with an access audit and help you recover what you can. If something can’t be recovered, we rebuild it in your name and tell you up front what that involves.

No. The ad accounts are already yours, so campaigns and their history stay in place. You decide whether to keep them running.

Yes. Copy, photos, video and ad creative are yours to reuse anywhere.

Only if your site still needs a paid tool, like a premium plugin or hosting. It moves to your account, and your Exit file lists every one ahead of time.

We ask to be added as a user or manager on your accounts. You keep owner access and can remove us at any time.

Within 5 business days.

Yes. Every plan carries the same promise. A new website launches with the site, domain and hosting in your name.
