A high-intent, trust-first Google Ads framework designed specifically for Dr. Silverman's premium, fee-for-service practice in Alpharetta, GA (30022).

Analyzing the unique dynamics of Dr. Silverman's practice to build a high-yield, culturally aligned acquisition funnel.
As a premium, fee-for-service practice in the wealthy and highly competitive 30022 zip code, this practice cannot compete on cheap "new patient specials" or race-to-the-bottom discounts. That is not the culture, nor does it attract the right patients.
The organic and LLM rankings are excellent, but they are bottlenecked: the high-value sedation and comfort cases being booked are coming almost entirely from the existing patient base. To grow the new patient count back toward its historical peak, we have to feed the top of the funnel with high-intent, trust-driven new patients looking for a premium dental home.
That means the strategy leads with patient experience, trust, and hygiene as the entry point, with comfort and sedation repositioned to attract brand-new patients rather than upsell existing ones.
The phone analysis shows that only 8–10% of inbound calls are new patients, yet the team books the qualified ones at an exceptional rate. That is a real, measured strength.
The takeaway isn't that every future call becomes a patient: cold, ad-driven callers will always convert lower than warm referrals. It's that the front desk is not where patients are being lost. The bottleneck is upstream.
Not enough qualified calls are coming in. Our job is to fix the volume, feeding more high-intent calls to a team that already knows how to convert them.
We launch with three tightly themed ad groups spanning roughly 28 keywords, each mapped to a different slice of high-intent, new-patient search for Advanced Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. A few examples from each:
Patients actively looking for a new dental home or a top-rated local practice.
Plus branded terms that surface Advanced Cosmetic & Family Dentistry directly when patients search for Dr. Silverman by name.
Higher-value restorative and cosmetic procedures with motivated, ready-to-book intent.
"Cheap" and "affordable" added as negative keywords to protect the fee-for-service focus.
The foundational hygiene funnel: families seeking a trusted, relationship-driven dentist for long-term care.
The primary entry point, and the lowest-cost, highest-volume path to new hygiene patients.
How we drive high-value conversions without cheapening the fee-for-service culture.
Instead of a "free cleaning" coupon, we promote a premium, unhurried Signature New Patient Experience: a comprehensive comfort assessment, 3D imaging, and a personalized wellness plan.
For anxious, comfort-focused prospects, we offer a Complimentary Comfort Consultation: a low-pressure, 15-minute meet-and-greet with Dr. Silverman (no chair, just a conversation) to build trust first.
Dedicated, high-converting landing pages that prominently feature the 640+ reviews and a personal video from Dr. Silverman, establishing trust before a prospect ever calls.
A conservative, scenario-based projection of how targeted ad spend translates into new patient volume. Modeled across three booked-call rates so every number can be pressure-tested.
| New Patients / Month | Conservative 35% | Expected 50% | Upside 65% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 2 — $4,000 / mo ad spend ★ Recommended (~18 calls/mo) | |||
| New patients booked | 6 | 9 | 12 |
| Est. new-patient value / mo | $9,000 | $13,500 | $18,000 |
| Tier 1 — $2,000 / mo ad spend (~9 calls/mo) | |||
| New patients booked | 3 | 5 | 6 |
| Est. new-patient value / mo | $4,500 | $7,500 | $9,000 |
The front desk already converts the qualified new-patient calls it gets, so the constraint isn't conversion: it's call volume. At roughly $4,000/month, and a deliberately conservative $220 per marketing-attributed call, we project approximately 18 new-patient calls a month.
Even at a conservative booked rate, that's high-single-digit to low-double-digit new patients per month, enough to move the practice back toward its historical peak, without a single claim that collapses on contact.
Modeled assumptions (built to be pressure-tested): ~$220 per marketing-attributed new-patient call, deliberately conservative for the competitive Atlanta metro, where comparable local practices run $120–180 per call. First-year patient value modeled at a conservative $1,500. The 35% / 50% / 65% booked rates are modeled scenarios for cold, ad-driven callers, not the practice's current warm-referral close rate. Swap in real CallRail or practice data to sharpen the forecast.
A flat management fee, the same across both budget tiers. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google.
A systematic, phase-by-phase plan to launch, optimize, and scale the campaigns.
Build high-converting, review-first landing pages, configure call tracking, and deploy the three core ad groups.
Analyze search term reports to eliminate non-FFS terms (cheap insurance, Medicaid) and optimize ad copy to maximize click-through rates.
Scale budget on top-performing ad groups, maximize impression share on high-converting terms, and secure a steady stream of new patient bookings.
